Meet Laurén

Owner, L.E, P.M.A

 

I've been passionate about the beauty industry for as long as I can remember. After graduating from esthetics school in 2004, I began my career as a bridal makeup and freelance makeup artist — an experience that sparked my passion for brows and the incredible way they can transform a client’s entire look and confidence. Over the years, I expanded my expertise into permanent makeup, advanced skincare, lashes, and brows, continually refining my craft through advanced education and hands-on training.

 

Today, my true passion lies in skin health and helping clients achieve naturally radiant, healthy skin through a personalized and integrative approach. At ARCH + GLOW, I blend Korean skincare principles with a holistic philosophy that looks at the whole person from the inside out, while combining it with advanced clinical skincare techniques to create real, visible results. My approach focuses on strengthening and restoring the skin rather than masking concerns, helping clients achieve healthier, firmer, glowing skin without relying on expensive fillers, toxins, lasers, or surgery. Many clients notice a visible improvement after their very first treatment, with continued transformation through customized treatment plans and consistent home care.

 

I currently hold 18 advanced certifications in permanent makeup and skincare from respected industry leaders including Tina Davies, CeCe Brows, Jen X Ink, Noemi, BrowCode Pro, Pure Raum Korean Skin Care, Mik Wang Korean Beauty, KRX Aesthetics, Dermodality, Bethany Christiansen, Heal Thy Goddess, and Toma Skin Therapies. As a fully licensed and certified esthetician and permanent makeup artist serving clients since 2004, I am committed to staying at the forefront of modern beauty and skincare innovation while creating a calm, welcoming, and results-driven experience for every client who walks through my doors.

 

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Northwest with my husband Lou and our sweet dachshund mix, Bubba — whether that's kayaking, wine tasting, brunching, cycling, catching a concert, or simply relaxing together at home.

Meet Kenzie 

Employee, L.E

​

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and I graduated fromAvalon school of cosmetology in April of 2023. I am a licensed Esthetician in three states, Utah, Oregon and Washington. Since moving to Vancouver I have worked as a lash and brow specialist for two years. I am a very meticulous and detail oriented person when it comes to my work striving to provide the absolute best results for my clients. I love to learn and perfect my esthetic skills as much as I possibly can! My ultimate goal is to enhance the natural beauty and comfort of all my clients.

 

When I'm not at work I'm often out looking for my next big adventure! I am a certified scuba diver so you can

often find me exploring the beautiful coral reefs. I love to hike and camp and travel and see everything that life has to offer.
